Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible to conduct cleaning duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service.
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the companys reputation and drive qualified traffic
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Understanding of the company’s vision, business expansion plans, operational standards, etc.
- Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
- Motivating, mentoring and aligning co-staffs as per company defined procedures and policies
- Answering online and offline queries at hand.
- Managing booking and test schedules as per the requirements.
- Managing Calls, Messages, etc. at various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, ensuring proper labeling and documentation, and maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Join us in providing quality patient care through your expertise in phlebotomy.
- Candidate should also be able to handle all receptionists and clerical duties at our front desk.
Qualifications
- We are seeking a skilled phlebotomist to join our healthcare team.
- The ideal candidate should possess a degree or diploma in medical laboratory (MLT), a diploma in medical laboratory technology (DMLT), or a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory technology (B.Sc.-MLT) with minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience.
- Rider should have own two wheeler
- Should have valid driving license
- Need to carry the goods assigned.
- Time management
Diagnostic Operations:
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including histopathology, cytopathology, hematopathology, biochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and microbiology.
- Analyze and evaluate laboratory data, including tissue samples, blood smears, body fluids, and molecular analyses to provide accurate diagnoses.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including clinicians to provide comprehensive diagnostic reports and contribute to patient management
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with NABL standards, laboratory policies, and procedures to maintain the highest level of quality and patient safety.
- Participate in quality control activities, proficiency testing, and external quality assurance programs to monitor and improve laboratory performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of pathology services.
Consultation and Collaboration:
- Provide expert consultation to referring physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers to assist in patient management decisions
- Collaborate with other pathologists and laboratory staff to discuss complex cases, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous professional development of the team.
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and research activities to enhance diagnostic capabilities and contribute to laboratory advancements.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and detailed diagnostic reports, incorporating clinical and laboratory findings, in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records, including specimen information, test results, and interpretations, following NABL guidelines and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standardized reporting templates and guidelines to ensure consistent and meaningful pathology reports.
